You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After this period, your order may already be in preparation or transit, and we may no longer be able to cancel it.
🚚 2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
We are unable to cancel orders if:

The item is made-to-order or custom-labeled (if applicable and stated on the product page)
In these cases, you may still initiate a return after receiving your order, in accordance with our [Refund Policy].

If your cancellation request is approved:

If the cancellation is not possible, we will notify you and provide return instructions if applicable.
🧾 5. Mistaken or Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to cancel the duplicate and issue a full refund as long as the cancellation request is made within the eligible timeframe.
